Description

The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to revise the existing Municipal Engineering Standards with integration of any and all necessary changes to bring the document into a state that is in compliance with current construction practices and is easily adaptable to future changes. This does not preclude the creation of new standards from scratch. The project will need to incorporate all disciplines within the review including but not limited to: Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Utilities Engineering and Landscaping. The intent of this updated document will be a consolidation of, but not limited to, the Municipal Engineering Standards, the City’s Landscaping Standards, the Complete Streets Guidelines, Recreation Amenity Standards, and future growth plans for the City.
