RFP-20190219 - ATRF Corporate Re-branding and Website Redevelopment

ATRF seeks to engage one or more vendors (the “Successful Vendor(s)”) to assist us in the transformation of our corporate branding and our public-facing website, to both better meet and reflect our current needs and operations, and to be well-positioned to meet future needs of the organization and our stakeholders and clients.

A new brand, properly conceived and executed, will speak effectively and creatively to internal and external audiences to help convey ATRF’s mission and purpose in a more effective manner, helping internalize our core values and spurring enhanced interest in the organization, particularly among potential employees. As such, this will help ATRF in all areas of recruitment, retention and engagement.

Alongside the rebranding, ATRF requires a re-think of its external website to reflect and incorporate changes that come about through the rebranding exercise.

ATRF will require the successful vendor to begin the rebranding work first. Before proceeding to the website redesign, a “lessons learned” summary and a revised schedule will be required in order to more accurately scope out the process, requirements and timelines involved for the website redevelopment phase that will follow.
