Description

The City requires supply and delivery of a Walk Behind Tractor (Unit) with variable attachments including but not limited to mower deck, broom, blades, and snow blower. Some of the Unit uses include but not limited to grass mowing, brush cutting, and snow removal.

Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion and any applicable warranty work

This procurement process is intended to create a formal, legally binding bidding process, and, will not be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
