AUC-19-02 - Information Technology Security Support

The purpose of this request for information is to find an information technology security vendor(s) to partner with the AUC to address cyber security through a risk-based approach, adjusting the AUC’s current security practices on a regular basis to maintain relevance with cyber security trends and emerging threats. Vendors that can provide this type of security service are encouraged to respond.

The AUC reserves the right to enter into direct negotiations with any proponent(s) to determine if a mutually acceptable agreement can be reached based on the responses and information received to this request for information. If all responses are determined to be unsuitable, the AUC, at its sole discretion, can choose not to proceed any further.

The AUC is not seeking a firm contractual commitment or legally binding offer from any proponent. Proponents and the AUC shall not be contractually obligated to each other in any manner.
