Description

CHC seeks the services of up to eight (8) qualified contractors to perform groundskeeping maintenance services at various residential properties. The services include but are not limited to lawn mowing, tree and shrub maintenance, weed control, playground grounds maintenance and general over cleanliness of common areas.
