The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking quotes from authorized Silver Channel Partners for AlgoSec Security Policy Management to provide of technologies, services and expertise.
The authorized Silver Channel Partner will be responsible to provide:
• Recurring AlgoSec Security Policy Management maintenance and support.
• On demand AlgoSec Security Policy Management equipment.
• Recurring AlgoSec Security Policy Management Hardware maintenance.
• Planned, recurring and on demand Professional Services.
• On demand new AlgoSec Security Policy Management Products and Licenses.

Interested respondents must be able to demonstrate they are authorized by AlgoSec Security Policy Management to the level of Silver Channel Partner for the provision of hardware and software products, maintenance and on-site professional services.

It is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be executed within 30 days from the date of notification of the selected respondent.

This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion.
