Description

In 2017, the City issued NRFP 932035 (“2017 NRFP”) in order to establish a number of long-term contractual relationships with service providers for 22 different categories of work within Communications, Engagement, and Marketing services. One of those categories was research services and as a result of the 2017 NRFP, the City entered into 5 standing arrangement contracts for this category of work. The 2017 NRFP and the resulting contracts contemplated that additional contracts may be awarded in each category in future years. The purpose of this NRFP is to add up to two additional contracts for research services to the existing 5 standing arrangement contracts.
