Description

The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites proponents to submit Proposals for Recruitment &
Selection Process Review. The work would be to review, assess and recommend improvements
the the City’s hiring process to achieve the goals outlined in the 2015-2020 Corporate
Workforce Plan and the Diversity and Inclusion framework.
The Work to be performed by the successful proponent is outlined in the attached
Requirements.
The terms and conditions found in Part 6 - Form of Agreement are to form the basis for
commencing negotiations between the City and the Preferred Proponent.
It is the City’s intention to enter into a Contract with 1 proponent(s).
