Description

Mountain View County is seeking a proposal for the purchase of two (2) of the same Fire Tankers. Further, Mountain View County would request that applicants submit proposals that would accommodate for the purchase of an additional two (2) of the same Fire Tankers. Therefore, it is requested that submissions include pricing for two (2) units and any potential savings if Mountain View County pursues the opportunity to purchase all four (4) units through this competition.

Detailed specification for the Fire Tankers are included in Schedule "4", should an Equipment Vendor wish to submit a proposal that does not match the specifications or has a prebuilt Fire Tanker, they may submit a proposal with the
information on how the equipment will be able to complete the expected level of service. Mountain View County is
desirous of ensuring that the required service levels are met in a financially responsible manner and is open to any
alternatives provided by the Equipment Supplier.
