Description

The College is looking for suitably qualified Landscaping Contractors to perform Tree removal and other general Landscaping duties.
The objective of this project is to ensure that all, trees, that need removal are done in the safest manner possible. All brush that is overgrown is to be removed or trimmed to best possible feature. Any former sandboxes are filled to avoid tripping hazards. This will include removal of any retaining structures. This can accomplished as follows;
• All trees that are removed have to be a minimum of one foot below grade and backfilled. (18)
• All trees removed have to be done so with the safest best practice as per industry standard.
• On site walkthrough we will identify the brush that will be removed and which will be trimmed/shaped and or removed.
• Dispose of all debris and remove from site.
• Remove all structures of sand boxes and dispose.
• Backfill all sand boxes to match surrounding area. Bring to matching grade where applicable. (approximately three, will ascertain on site walkthrough)
• Sod or seed all backfilled areas.
