Without limiting the scope of work, the work of this Contract generally involves the construction of:
Lakeview Cemetery – Phase 1
1. Asphalt driveway, gravel storage pad, concrete unit paving, concrete sidewalk with rolled face concrete crossing, water service and tap.
2. Site furnishings including columbaria, custom stone memorial wall, timber kiosk and entry sign, benches, litter receptacle, chain link fencing and gates and concrete footings.
3. Soft landscaping including installation of topsoil, trees, shrubs and perennials, and miscellaneous construction as indicated on Drawings and Specifications.
