Description

PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

The Town of Hinton has identified the importance of a functioning alarm system within the Emergency Services Building/Fire Hall to meet applicable codes.

The Town of Hinton is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents in good standing to provide proposals for installing a fire alarm system based on Alberta Building Code 2014 and Alberta Fire Code 2014 and all applicable CAN/ULC-S524-14 for installation of fire alarm systems. Prices quoted shall be all-inclusive and represent complete installation.

The successful Respondent must demonstrate in their proposal that they meet the requirements of CAN/ULC-S524-14 and any other applicable codes as well as Fire Code STANDATA FCB-14-01 for Qualified installers.

The Respondent shall be responsible for all material, labor, equipment and any other associated costs necessary to complete the proposed scope of work.

Mandatory Site Visit

Respondents who wish to submit a proposal for the Fire Alarm System, must attend an on-site visit. The on-site visit will be scheduled for Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 10:30 am and no other dates or times will be offered.
