Description

The University of Calgary Downtown Campus in conjunction with the Building owner and operator Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc. is seeking Bidder(s) to provide quality, reliable managed 24-hour security and concierge services at competitive prices for a campus that operates six days a week typically from 7:00 a.m. to 22:00 with varying notice periods and turnaround times.

This Request for Invitation (RFI) is being posted in conjunction with and on behalf of Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc. who are property managers for the Downtown Campus Building and of which the University of Calgary is the sole tenant.

Vendors meeting the specifications outlined in this document may be shortlisted and invited to enter into further bidding and / or contract negotiations with Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc.

The University of Calgary will assist Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc in reviewing and evaluating the results, however, any contract awarded to the shortlisted vendor will be with Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc.
