Description

The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, professional executive search firms to assist with the recruitment of candidates to fill vacant positions at the senior management level on an as and when required basis.

This process is a prequalification process whereby up to five firms will be selected to provide the required services on a non-exclusive basis when required by the City. The number and specific positions that would require these services from an outside provider are not known at this time.

The City employs the use of executive search firms on an intermittent basis, typically between once to a maximum of three times per year although there are years where the City does not require the services at all.
