Description

Currently in the Town of Hinton Government Center and Protective Services Buildings there is a cross connection between the potable water system and the building HVAC piping. To remove this cross connection the Town will enter into a contract with the successful bidder to execute a novated contract with a supplier for the installation and commissioning of new chiller equipment including pumps and heat exchangers. The Contract will also involve installing new concrete foundations for the equipment and trenching electrical, communications and glycol lines from the building to the new chiller location.
