The City of Camrose would like to invite qualified consultants to submit proposals for completing a Retail and Commercial Market Gap Analysis. This would include a study of the existing supply of retail offerings by category as well as office space on a City-wide basis as well as for downtown Camrose. Furthermore, this study would include assessing future demand for the next 25 years based upon projected population and employment growth for the City and Downtown. The results of the study will identify gaps in the retail mix and provide targets of opportunity for the City of Camrose to focus their retail recruitment strategy.
