Description

Construct an overflow Asphalt Parking lot South of the Ardrossan Recreation Complex. This work will include the removal of the existing gravel parking lot and associated infrastructure and the installation of a new 96 stall asphalt parking lot along with underground storm water drainage system, lighting, concrete sidewalk, fencing, 3m wide asphalt pedestrian trail and associated landscaping.
