Request for Pre-Qualification No.: PQ190911HR - Executive Recruitment Services

The County is seeking submissions from firms who are interested in pre-qualifying for the provision of Executive Recruitment Services. It is the County’s intention to develop a Qualified Contractor Roster for a three year period, where the County may periodically approach pre-qualified firms to provide quotations through a Request for Service process for recruitment services for various positions. The selected firms will be required to provide recruitment services for middle to senior level positions with specific skill sets using the Contractor’s existing resource databases and search methods.

The County intends to pre-qualify executive search firms for a three year period, with work commencing as early as January 1, 2020. Respondents shall note that this will be the only opportunity to be considered for pre-qualification during the three year period.
