Description

The service required to is to determine the cost of updating the Centennial building HVAC including hazards assessment, remediation, necessary repair, design of ideal hvac system including replacement or upgrade of existing components, opportunities for energy efficiency, opportunities to improve zone heating/cooling, installation and commissioning; producing a proposed budget, scope of work and timeline with which the Red Deer Library Board can raise funds for the actual work and which the Board can use to solicit bids for the HVAC/remediation work.
Building is 2772 square meters in four levels. Basement boiler room contains a mix of new and old equipment, including decommissioned equipment to be removed/remediated, as well as rooftop units which have reached life expectancy. Call for a pre-bid walk.
