Description

Within the northeast corner of Turner Valley the Town intends to complete landscape construction as noted at the following 3 locations:
1. Construct a Pond Access Road / Drainage Swale with Permeable Pavers within the PUL between 405 Seclusion Valley Dr. and 410 Blakeman Point.
2. Reconstruct a Pond Slope and Rip Rap within a storm pond UR for land backing 305 Herron Point and 309 Seclusion Valley Dr.
3. Construct a Rip Rap Channel at the rear of 435 Seclusion Valley Dr.
