Description

The purpose of this PQR to create the Standing Offer List of service providers capable of delivering a range of public opinion research Services to support various research projects. Public opinion research methods would include (but are not limited to) telephone polling, telephone-to-web polling, online panel polling, in-person focus group testing, machine learning tools, and online surveys and focus groups.
