Description

Description of Work:

The work involves the maintenance of lawns and landscaped grounds of Cartier-Brébeuf National Historic Site. More specifically, they include spring clean-up, lawn mowing and trimming (approx. 55,000 square metres), maintenance of foot paths and landscaped areas, lawn edge trimming, lawn aeration and removal of dead leaves.

Optional Site Visit:

Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on

September 19, 2019

at Cartier-Brébeuf National Historic Site located at 175, rue de l’Espinay in Québec QC. The site visit will begin at 10:30 a.m. EDT.

Delivery Date:

The contract period is from April 1, 2020 to November 30, 2022 inclusive, with the possibility of exercising two one-year option periods under the same conditions.
