Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, May 10, 2019.

The Work consists generally of the supply and installation of concrete curb and gutter, reinforced concrete sidewalk, a precast concrete catch basin and PVC storm sewer, line painting, signage, and site restoration consisting of lawns and asphalt reinstatement.

Particular Specifications may be obtained from the Town of St. Stephen, 73 Milltown Boulevard, Suite 112, St. Stephen, N.B., E3L 1G5 OR FROM Dillon Consulting Limited, Suite 200 - 1149 Smythe Street, Fredericton, N.B., E3B 3H4 (Tel. 506-444-8820), upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST).

A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of St. Stephen, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender.

Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton.

Tenders will be opened publicly at the Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Town of St. Stephen reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
