SCOPE OF WORK:
The Moncton Lions Community Centre, located at 473 St. George Street, in Moncton, N.B., is a Centre that has a mission of improving health and well-being of their members and guests as they are active participants within the Centre's many diverse and exciting programs. The Moncton Lions Community Centre requires architectural, mechanical and electrical upgrades to upgrade the HVAC System and electrical components.
The project includes but is not limited to:
- Auditorium Rooftop Unit Replacement
- Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) System for the Second Level
- Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) System
- Janitor Room Retrofit
