Addendum (Amendment) #1

Question was asked relating to providing information related to previous tender issued in 2015 for Turf Maintenance. Information is considered public information and will be provided, as per terms of addendum, in an unofficial capacity as it is not considered relevant to current tender proposal.

Addendum is required to be printed, reviewed and initialed/signed as per addendum and tender document requirements.

The Town of St. Stephen is seeking the services of a qualified individual or firm to provide Turf Maintenance Services for various playing fields within the Town.

Depending on needs, the contractor will be expected to begin on May 1st and end on October 31st of each year of a three year proposal.

The Tender is posted as a Request for Quotation. While price will be the primary factor that results in a recommendation for approval of any proposal, the overall proposal and qualifications of the contractor will be evaluated to ensure that the Contractor has the experience, equipment and staffing to provide the services on a timely and efficient basis.

Further information regarding expectations and including the scope of the tender can be obtained from the tender document which may be downloaded from the NBON (register with the NBON, and indicate an interest in the tender).

Closing date for the Request for Quotation: The response to the Request for Quotation is to completed as indicated in the tender document and submitted in hard copy (original and one unbound copy) by 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 5, 2018 to:
