Description

The National Research Council Canada, Flight Research Laboratory, Airborne Environmental Sensing Research group has a requirement to provide research support during the development of the new remote sensing instrument (Hyperspectral Resolution Microwave Radiometer) to be flown on the NRC Convair-580 (ESA contract ,# project code # in 2018-2020). The work will involve the following: Lead (PI) and consult on theoretical approach and numerical implementation of radiative transfer models for the Instrument. Assist with the software development for retrieval algorithms in Matlab. Contribute to flight test plan of the instrument. Lead (PI) post-campaign analysis of collected data. Produce technical reports and peer-reviewed publications.
