Description of the Requirement: The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for a Project Management Consultant firm to furnish experienced Financial/Cost Specialist who understands the project design and implementation requirements for heavy civil, in-water construction projects. The Cost Consultant will provide a 3rd party review and validation of cost estimates prepared by the Design Consultants and Construction Managers, analyze and summarize estimate gaps, and act as a Strategic Advisory to PWGSC on a number of consultant and construction Contracts for various consulting and construction projects along the historic Trent Severn and Rideau Canal Waterways in Ontario, which are owned and operated by Parks Canada Agency (PCA).

Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract Award to March 31, 2020 with an option to extend the contract for three (3) additional one-year periods.
