Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), has a requirement for Professional, Airworthiness, Engineering, and Program Support Services (PAEPSS) in development and support of the Technical Airworthiness Program (TAP) as well as the technical investigation of airworthiness related matters and engineering support of mission systems and aerospace engineering activities.

The intent is to award up to 4 contracts; one contract per group.
Term of the Contract
The contract(s) will be for a 1 year period with the irrevocable option to extend the contract(s) by 2 periods of one-year each.
Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
