Description

Expression of Interest for Potential New Recruiting Processing Centre

The RCMP is potentially interested in leasing approximately 700 sq. metres. of office type space, with several enclosed offices, boardrooms, interview rooms, lunch room, men’s and women’s washroom, 24/7 access, and any other requirements to meet RCMP operational and security standards.

Location must be within the following boundaries:

NORTH of the southern boundaries of the villages of New Maryland and Hanwell,

SOUTH of the northern boundary of the city of Fredericton,

WEST of the eastern boundary of the Town of Oromocto,

EAST of the western boundary of the community of Keswick Ridge

Potential term of five (5) years with a two (2) x five (5) year option to renew.

The Expression of Interest is to provide information only to the RCMP.
