Il peut notamment s’agir de réclamations pour l’indemnisation de dommages matériels, de lésions corporelles, d’une perte de revenu ou de souffrances et douleurs. Comme organisme du gouvernement fédéral du Canada, la GRC est auto‑assurée et elle voit elle-même au traitement et au règlement des réclamations, officielles (contentieux des affaires civiles) et non officielles, par l’intermédiaire de son programme national de gestion des réclamations (PNGR).
La GRC est à la recherche d'un directeur principal ou d'une directrice principale aux réclamations pour assurer la direction fonctionnelle de son PNGR et pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures comme indiqué dans la demande de propositions.
Le contrat sera d'une durée d'un (1) an et il sera assorti d'une option irrévocable pour en prolonger la durée d'au plus trois (3) périodes supplémentaires d'un (1) an chacune selon les mêmes modalités et un niveau estimatif d'effort de 165 jours par année.
Les propositions seront évaluées selon différents critères, les uns obligatoires et les autres cotés par points. La proposition recevable ayant obtenu la note combinée la plus élevée pour le mérite technique (60 %) et pour le prix (40 %) sera recommandée pour l'attribution du contrat.
Ce besoin n'est visé par aucun accord commercial.
La demande de soumission et tout contrat subséquent sont assortis d'une exigence en matière de sécurité.
La GRC a adopté le régime d'intégrité administré par SPAC. Conséquemment, les consignes relatives à l'intégrité seront appliquées dans le processus d'élaboration des marchés tel qu'indiqué dans cette demande de soumissions.
