Description

Qualified firms are invited to submit a COMPLETED TENDER FORM for the Regions of Canada Garden Project at the Victoria Memorial Museum Building property in Ottawa, Ontario, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference.

Project schedule: The Contractor shall commence the Work at the site immediately following contract award and shut down the existing west Lawn one week after providing the Owner with proper notice. The Contractor shall ensure that the project is substantially complete, and can be used by the Iceberg Sculpture Installation Contractor, by no later than _____TBD_________.

Final completion is expected 4 weeks following substantial completion.

A MANDATORY SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, MAY 21, 2015 at 10:00 AM

Bidders will assemble in the main entrance lobby of the Victoria Memorial Museum Building at 9:30 A.M.

The street address of the Museum is 240 McLeod Street (corner Metcalfe), Ottawa.
