Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for the Canada School of Public Service.

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier “1” (= $0-$2M) Stream 6: Cyber Protection Services.

This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the category for: C.3 IT Security TRA and C&A Analyst (Level 3)

Description:

The objective of this requirement is to obtain the services of one IT Security TRA Analyst (Stream 6, C.3), at level 3, to support the Modernized Delivery and Learner Management (also referred to as e-School initiative).

Contract period:

The "Initial Contract Period", will be from Award to June 30, 2015; and

Canada will have the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional three (3) month period(s) under the same terms and conditions.

Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).

SECURITY REQUIREMENT FOR CANADIAN SUPPLIER:

1. The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

2. The Contractor personnel requiring access to CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.

3. The Contractor MUST NOT remove any CLASSIFIED information from the identified work site(s), and the Contractor must ensure that its personnel are made aware of and comply with this re-striction.

4. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.

5. The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the:

(a) Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex “D” in the solicitation. (b) Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).
