Description of the requirement:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for a consultant to analyze and update the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) for Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC), Police Information Portal (PIP) and the Public Safety Portal (PSP) data matching report, the Governance Base Access Control (GBAC) and the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) templates.

The amendments are to reflect the CPI Centre’s new Quality Assurance Review process and governing body, the decommissioning of the vintage interface and provide guidance and advice with respect to policy, procedures and further impacts to the PIA, as well as communication of changes that arise as a result of the amended documents.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of award for three months.

There will be four options to renew for an additional 3 months.
