Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

Description of the Requirement:

The Department of National Defence 1 Canadian Air Division (1CAD) Higher Head Quarters (HHQ) A4 Maintenance Directorate has a requirement for one Junior Technical Writer to complete writing and editing of Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Aircraft Maintenance (AM) Policy at the 1 Canadian Air Division (1CAD) Higher Head Quarters (HHQ) Canadian Forces Base 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba on an as and when requested basis.

Level of Security Requirement:

Common SRCL 2 Company Minimum Security Level Required DOS

Resource Minimum Security Level Required Reliability

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Bilateral Trade Agreements and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Date of Awardto June 30, 2017 with the Crown retaining an irrevocable option to extend the contract for one addition one-year period.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 230 days for each period of the contract.
