Description

Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under Tier “1” (= $0-$2M) for the Business Services Stream.

This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for:

• B.1 Business Analyst, Level 2

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

• NavPoint Consulting Group Inc.

• Nortak Software Ltd.

• Northern Micro Inc.

• SecDev Cyber Corporation

• TELUS Communications Inc.

• The Barrington Consulting Group Inc.

• Watershed Information Technology Inc., ED-COM Software Inc. and IDEV Solutions Inc. as a contractual Joint Venture

Description of the requirement:

The services of three (3) Business Analysts, Level 2, are required to provide Canadian Forces Health Information System (CFHIS) Mental Health business analysis support to the Directorate of Mental Health.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to one (1) year later with an irrevocable option of one (1) additional one (1) year period.
