Description

NRC is seeking the services of experts to assist in the transformation of its common services. External resources will complement the internal program team and provide guidance in the areas of business transformation, program management, business process reengineering, organizational design and organizational change management. Specifically, NRC will engage these resources to: • Provide strategic advice in planning, executing and monitoring the transformation program; • Lead analysis activities including business process re-engineering efforts and requirements definitions; • Lead organizational design activities including development of an organizational design which best responds to the NRC business environment; • Aains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
