The following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements will apply to any resulting call-ups:

- For deliveries to* Norman Wells, NT, the Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (SDMCLCA);

- For deliveries to* Inuvik, NT, the Inuvialuit Final Agreement and the Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement;

- For deliveries to* Watson Lake, YT; Teslin, YT; Carcross, YT; Whitehorse, YT; Haines Junction, YT; Ross River, YT; Faro, YT; Carmacks, YT; Beaver Creek, YT; Pelly Crossing, YT; Mayo, YT; Dawson City, YT; Top of the World, YT

the Umbrella Final Agreement with Council for Yukon Indians;

- For deliveries to*

Makkovik, NL (NL561), Labrador and Inuit Land Claims Agreement.

* where "deliveries to" means "goods delivered to, and services performed in".

Nature of Requirements: National Master Standing Offers for Diesel Fuel, Automotive Fuel and Heating Fuel in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as applicable. Delivery to various locations in Canada on an as-and when-requested basis from September 1, 2015, up to and including August 31, 2017.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
