This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W690D-18AAAI/A dated 2018-06-20 with a closing of 2018-07-13 at 2:00 PM MDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.

General Landscaping - Department of National Defense

Work under this Standing Offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and material necessary to perform General Landscaping at Department of National Defense, 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn in Dundurn, Saskatchewan outlined in the Statement of Work and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein.

Services are to be provided on an as required basis.

It is anticipated that one (1) standing offer will be issued to the lowest compliant offeror.

The standing offer will be issued for a term of two (3) years from the date of Standing Offer issuance.

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Debriefings

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful, making reference to the evaluation criteria. The confidentiality of information relating to other submissions will be protected.
