Modular Acoustic Enclosure /Supply and Install 1. Under Article 3.0 Scope of Work, DELETE sub-article 3.1 and REPLACE with the following : 3.1 The closing date of this requirement shall be extended from January 5th 2015 to January 9th 2015.

Under Article 23.0 Evaluation Criteria, DELETE article 23.0 and REPLACE with the following : 23.0 ATTACHMENTS Appendix "A" - Detailed Statement of Work Appendix “B” – Standard Instructions and Conditions (Applicable to Bid Solicitation) Appendix “C” – Evaluation Criteria Appendix "D" - General Conditions 2035 Appendix “E” – CAD Drawings All the other Terms and Conditions of the original Articles of Agreement remain unchanged.
