Description

The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD”, invites Proposals for the completion of a legislated Dam Safety Review (DSR) for all the Goldstream Watershed Dams. The Goldstream Watershed consists of four (4) reservoirs and eleven (11) dams, with Dam Failure Consequence Classifications (DFCC) ranging from Low to High.

The project will consist of three (3) main phases of work: Review of Available Information and Data, Field review, and Evaluation.
