Description

The Regional District of Mount Waddington (RDMW) is inviting qualified contractors to submit proposals for the preparation of an Interim Housing Needs Report (HNR) and Assessment. The objective of this report is to comply with new provincial regulations that mandate all local governments to complete an Interim Housing Needs Report. This assessment will help the RDMW understand current and future housing requirements and guide future housing policies within the region. The Interim Housing Needs Report will form a foundational data set for the revision of the Official Community Plan (OCP)
