Description

The District is seeking a qualified supplier(s) to provide Photocopiers, Laser Printers, Light Production Equipment and Managed Print Services (MPS). The successful proponent(s) will be required to supply and install the selected devices throughout the term of the contract on an as-needed basis with a cost-per-copy service agreement within an MPS framework.

Information/Pre-bid Meeting

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Feb 25, 2025. The meeting will be at 1000 5 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 4T9. Attendance is strongly recommended. Proponents must register by emailing supply.management@cssd.ab.ca with the names of those who will be in attendance.
