Description

The City of Medicine Hat is seeking proposals from qualified software vendors to work with City staff to install and implement a Financial Document Auditing System. This software will streamline year end timelines and processes, integrate with external auditors and automate financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory, municipal and departmental requirements. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions annually for an additional four (4) years.
