AB-2024-10164 - Microsoft Licenses

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Beaumont (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Microsoft Licenses, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The selected proponent is required to supply and deliver the following Microsoft licensing: • Microsoft 365 Business Premium • Microsoft Project Plan 1 • Microsoft Visio Plan 2 • Microsoft Power Automate Premium • Power BI Pro • Microsoft 365 F1 • Microsoft 365 F3 • Microsoft 365 E5 The selected proponent is required to liaise with designated City personnel specifically assigned to the management of Microsoft Applications to ensure delivery of all products and/or services ordered through the course of the term.
