Description

Lakeland College is seeking pre-qualification responses from Suppliers for the provision of Furniture and Equipment products, installation, and consultations services on an “as required” basis. It is Lakeland College’s intention to pre-qualify approximately two (2) to three (3) Suppliers for each of the categories outlined in the RFPQ. The aim of this process is to develop a list of qualified suppliers to support Lakeland College’s space planning and facility services. The outcome of the process is designed to ensure Lakeland College has agility with Suppliers as project needs arise.

Information/Pre-bid Meeting
An optional in-person Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted. Details are as follows:
Date: Wednesday, January 08, 2025
Location: 5707 College Drive, Vermilion, AB T9X 1K5
Start Time: 11:00 a.m. MST (Alberta time)
Confirm attendance for the site visit with Doug Fedoruk by e-mail by noon on December 19, 2024. Note: Lakeland College may request a non-mandatory showroom visit at your location through the duration of this tender.
