Description

Notice is hereby given by Okanagan College (OC) of its intent to enter into a Construction Management Contract – for Services agreement with Faction Construction for the Student Housing Project at the Penticton Campus of Okanagan College. The value of the Services is anticipated to be ~$490,000. The Work will be procured from prequalified Trade Contractors and Suppliers on a competitive basis with an expected value of ~$19,000,000. The Construction Manager will not self-perform the Work
