Description

The objective of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to establish an enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement with multiple vendors for the provision of Onboarding Solutions, and to procure a comprehensive onboarding and administration solution for learners.
Scope of Work
The selected Vendor will be responsible for delivering an end-to-end onboarding solution that includes, but is not limited to, the following components:
• Learner Profile Management
• Compliance and Credentialing Tracking
• Learning Management System (LMS) Integration
• Onboarding Workflow Automation
• Document and Certification Management
• Orientation and Training Content Delivery

• Documentation of Processes
• Customization
• Technical Specifications
