Description

Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (the “Health Authority”), intends to directly award a Service Contract to the following supplier to provide ten (10) Forensic Psychiatric beds for Forensic Psychiatric Services, Victoria clinic, as of April 01, 2025 at an estimated annual value of $915,352.00

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason; due to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement exemption for health services as provided under Part IV – Exceptions, Article 805: Social Services.

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Sheila Ahearn, by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, December 20, 2024 PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
