Description

The OCRC is seeking the provision of services from a qualified proponent to lead our Market and Customer Experience Intelligence Department’s research initiative for creating a Customer Journey Map of OCS.ca for the purpose of providing OCRC a better understanding of how to evolve its long-term strategy with OCS.ca.
