Description

HMMS on behalf of the Occupational Health, Infection Safety and Employee Wellbeing program at St. Joseph’s Health Care London is looking to establish a long-term partnership with a preferred Proponent for the supply of service for Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) services. This partnership will include not only St. Joseph's Health Care London but also four participating Regional Hospitals, each committing 100% of their employee volume to the successful proponent. The Financial Schedule outlines the participating hospitals, the number of employees from each hospital, and their historical usage data.
